The Nintendo DS (commonly abbreviated as DS or NDS) is a seventh-generation portable video game console developed by Nintendo. The Nintendo DS launched on November 21, 2004 in North America. The only Star Fox game for the console, titled Star Fox Command, was released in North America on August 28, 2006, a few months after the Nintendo DS Lite model.
